Special Ultra-Pure Bromine-Free Grade

This grade is being mentioned here in these pages separately because it has been only possible to produce this grade here locally in Pakistan after a very hectic, dedicated and ambitious efforts by our R&D department. It has taken full three plus years to make this special grade totally BROMINE-FREE . The bromine content is not even in traces. The bromine content in our regular Pyrogen free grades are in the range of 10 to 40 ppm.
Bromine is extracted out by an indigenous self designed electrode ionization plant which has been designed and fabricated by our engineers in collaboration with the R&D and has been working trouble free from the date it has started working. It has been purposely designed for higher Bromine inputs as raw brines have lots of variations as far as the Bromine content is concerned.
Initially the plant was designed to extract only bromine, but with the passage of time, and learning more about the system, we are now in a position to extract other impurities also.
Research is underway to collect these impurities and convert it into other valuable products.
